JB   The monthly payment estimation is off by a wide margin. When I put in the correct one it tells me it takes 35 year to pay off a 30 year mortgage. This calculator does not compute the correct values. - 8/30/2016 11:10:26 AM

Penny Miller   Helpful and easy to use. - 3/4/2015 2:04:04 PM

Kathy   This is a wonderful tool - so easy to use. Thanks! - 9/5/2012 12:50:39 PM

Carol   Love this calculator! It is so simple to use. I am in the homestretch of paying our house off (only 13k!) and I used this to figure what I needed to send extra each month on the principal to correlate with my retirement date! Had I only known what a difference principal payments make, I would have started long ago! - 11/29/2011 1:31:41 PM
